For the past decade, Pocahontas Trails has hosted mountain bike races that help fund trail development while showcasing the finest tracks in the Snowshoe Highlands. Our events consistently draw dedicated riders from across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic, offering sponsors a chance to engage with a broad audience. With two Enduro races and one XC event, our events offer multiple opportunities for sponsors to connect with riders who value quality gear, strong brands, and responsible trail stewardship.

We are seeking partnerships with local businesses and outdoor-focused brands that want to support mountain biking events while gaining visibility in a growing, destination riding market.

Event Sponsorship goes towards:

  • Aid Station Supplies
  • Catered meals for racers
  • Prizes
  • Fuel for shuttles
  • Rescue Services

Race Series Overview

Monday Lick Enduro
The Monday Lick Enduro is the newest addition to our race lineup and showcases the brand-new Monday Lick Trail System—30 miles of purpose-built, optimized mountain bike trail. The inaugural event drew 60 riders, many traveling specifically to experience this emerging trail network. The 2026 race will be held June 20–21, 2026.

Slatyfork Enduro
A cornerstone event in Pocahontas County for over a decade, the Slatyfork Enduro is hosted in the Tea Creek area of the Monongahela National Forest. Known for its raw, technical terrain, this classic race welcomed 80 riders in 2025. The 2026 event will take place August 8–9, 2026.

As Pocahontas Trails continues to grow its race series, we are excited to partner with companies that share our commitment to outdoor recreation, community, and sustainable trail development. Sponsorship of our events provides brand visibility and alignment with a trusted nonprofit steward of public lands. We invite you to join us as a sponsor and be part of the continued growth of mountain biking in the Snowshoe Highlands.
