When: August 10-11, 2024 

Shuttles provided on race day (Sunday).  Casual shuttles are recommended on Saturday for practice, you must coordinate before riding the trails to ensure practice transport. 

The race is mid August, there is a high probability that we will be 10 to 15 degrees cooler than wherever you are, the hiking is great, vistas along the race course are world class.

Event Location: Staging area / primitive camping / race start / food and music all located on Mine Road in Slatyfork, approximately 3 miles up from Rt 219.

There will be NO ONSITE Registration!  Online Registration ONLY until Thursday before the race.

Event registration is only available for 125 racers.  Sign up before July 9th and get an event t-shirt.  There may be limited sizes available at the race.      

Onsite field camping is allowed, however primitive & limited.  First come, first serve.  There will be port-a-potties with a hand wash station available.   Dogs are required to be leashed at all times, and there will be a $10/dog charge

Each registration before July 9th will include a t-shirt.  Those who register by August 5th will receive a catered meal on Sunday night after the race.

Additional event t-shirts may be purchased before July 9th.  Additional Sunday night meals may be purchased before August 5th.  

We are not able to guarantee neither shirt nor dinner availability to those who do not register by the deadline.   

Saturday (8/10)

      Casual shuttles can be arranged for practice rides of the course, you must coordinate before riding the trails to ensure practice transport.

      5pm:  Kids Race (ages 10 & under) near campsite approximately 3 miles up Mine Road.  Bike Games for all to follow.  7pm-ish Spaghetti Dinner will be available for cash donations onsite and live music afterwards.

Sunday (8/11)

      Mandatory Race Meeting at 9am, race starts at 10am, course marshals will be in place by 9:30 am.  Water & snacks will be available at the Tea Creek Campground shuttle area.  Awards ceremony followed by live music.
